OFPIXEL LLC · Arrow GO: Arrow Puzzle

Privacy Policy

Android app: com.ofpixel.arrowgo
Effective date: 16 October 2026

OFPIXEL LLC provides Arrow GO: Arrow Puzzle. This policy explains how information is handled in the first Android release. For support or privacy requests, contact shadhinarafat@gmail.com.

Your game data

Progress, earned coins, awards, daily challenges, settings and reminder preferences are stored on your device. This release has no account signup, cloud saves, real-money purchases, subscriptions or Firebase features. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another player.

You can remove local game data by clearing Arrow GO's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. This resets progress and earned coins. The app excludes its local data from Android backup and does not provide cross-device recovery.

Advertising

Arrow GO uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform to provide optional rewarded ads and manage advertising privacy choices. These services process IP addresses, device or app-instance identifiers, interactions with the app or ads, and diagnostic information. An IP address can be used to estimate approximate location. Information is used to deliver and measure advertising, maintain services, and prevent fraud or abuse. It is transmitted to Google over encrypted connections.

Where applicable, a privacy form lets you make advertising choices. Settings → Ad Privacy opens the privacy options when Google requires that entry point for your region. This release removes the Android advertising-ID permission and applies under-age-of-consent treatment to all ad requests, disabling personalized advertising. Ad availability depends on your choices, region and connectivity. Campaign progression does not require watching an ad.

Read Google's Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures for Google's data handling and available controls.

Audience

Arrow GO is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not collect birth dates. All players receive the same conservative advertising treatment, with personalized advertising disabled and ad content capped at Google’s PG rating.

Downloaded artwork and network requests

Rank and award images are downloaded from go.ofpixel.com. Network service providers receive the IP address and request metadata needed to deliver images and protect their infrastructure. Arrow GO does not send your local game-progress database to this host.

Notifications and device permissions

Reminders are optional and scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off in Android settings. Arrow GO does not request contacts, camera, microphone or precise-location access. Internet access is used for ads, privacy choices and artwork.

Support, retention and deletion

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for support.

Local game information remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve your request, handle follow-up issues, protect against abuse and satisfy applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of correspondence held by OFPIXEL LLC by emailing shadhinarafat@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the relevant email address and explain any records we must retain.

Google and network hosting providers manage their own service records according to their policies and retention settings. Clearing Arrow GO's local storage does not delete information already processed by these providers. Google's privacy policy describes its retention and deletion controls. This privacy page is hosted on GitHub Pages; visits to it are subject to GitHub's Privacy Statement.

Security and your choices

The app uses HTTPS for its network services. Local data is protected by Android's app storage controls. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. You can control notifications, local app data and advertising preferences using the options described above, and contact us with questions or privacy requests.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Features such as purchases, accounts or cloud configuration would require updated disclosures before introduction.
